science/gromacs: Update 5.0.6 -> 2018.1

Port changes:

• Take maintainership.
• Modernize the port, now using option helpers.
• Add the OPENCL option.
• Add the THREAD_MPI option that is now the default multiprocessing option.
• Add missing dependencies.
