• Update LICENSE
• Allow concurrent installation (USE_PYTHON=concurrent)
• Add SQLAlchemy 1.2.x support:
  • Change SQLALCHEMY to a radio group
  • Add SQLALCHEMY11 (original SQLALCHEMY) and SQLALCHEMY12 options
