deskutils/owncloudclient: Update 2.4.0 -> 2.4.1

Port changes:

• Change to DISTVERSION
• Remove USES=ssl (not needed)
• Add USES=kde:5 and corresponding USE_KDE values
• Remove INSTALLS_ICONS (not needed)
• Silence the pre-configure command
