• Update to 20180222.
• Use mk included to bmake dist.
• Remove python build dependency. It was here just to fix the shebang in the installed meta2deps.py, which is not necessary because META2DEPS_CMD is defined in mk files as ${PYTHON} meta2deps.py (if python is installed).
