net-p2p/bitmessage: Update to 0.6.3.2; Fixes security vulnerability

Additional port changes:

• Changed to DISTVERSION
• Updated MAINTAINER
• Added to RUN_DEPENDS
• Moved lines to USExx section
• Added USE_PYTHON=noflavors
• Deleted the patch (not applicable any more)

Testing:

• Ran the app, it seems to work properly.

0.6.3.2 fixes the security vulnerability described here:
