audio/jalv-select: Update to 1.0

Additional port changes:

• Fixed typos in COMMENT and pkg-descr (upstream fixed them)
• Added LICENSE/LICENSE_FILE (upstream added license)
• Sorted LIB_DEPENDS
• Simplified MAKE_ARGS because the upstream accepted pull requests
