• Update to 0.99.3.
• Fix following portlint warnings.
  • Move position of USES in Makefile.
  • Remove reference of undefined LLVM option.
  • Regenerate files/patch-libclamav_regex_pcre.c by 'make makepatch
  • add USES=ssl
