Update to upstream version 0.20.13

Details:

• Update to upstream version 0.20.13
• Fix dependency issue in the (admittedly rare) case of selecting OPUS but none of the other codecs supporting the ogg container forrmat
• Update the NOTE section of pkg-message.in to mention mobile devices as clients for mpd as well as a couple of additional clients in the ports tree
