databases/cego: update 2.36.0 -> 2.36.1

• Added signal handler to CegoAdmAction. Now, ( long ) running tableset export and import requests can be aborted in a controlled way via Ctrl-C command.
• Fix in CegoXPorter, export file will be removed, if any exception occurs. So it is ensured, that the written export file is consistent and complete
• fixes in CegoXPorter for CLOB handling ( was not checked for plain exports )
