lfcbase:

• Small correction in OutStream, include required by FreeBSD ( for definition of WEXISTATUS )
• Added method getErrorCode to OutStream class
• Cleanup of OutStream implementation ( removed some includes, removed ifdef for MINGW)

cego:

• Small improvements for utility scripts cgmkdb, logManager and backupManager
