• Do not pass ${PREFIX}/lib/${PORTNAME} to ldconfig(8), those shared objects are loaded as plugins during runtime
• Do not try to override MAKEINFO (does not seem to change anything)
• Prevent `install-exec-hook' from calling chmod(1), this also fixes warnings during Q/A stage [1]
• Allow to build against Kyoto Cabinet
