databases/cego: update 2.32.1 -> 2.32.2

• Fix in CegoTranactionManager, replaced LONG_TYPE with PAGEID_TYPE, since this is the correct type for page entries. This was detected on MinGW64 compiles (seg fault occured), since the type size differs on this platform.
