devel/astyle:

• Remove doubled CLFAGS
• Use astyle/build/${COMPILER_TYPE} as WRCSRC instead of hard-coding gcc
• Remove blank MAGE_ARGS
• Drop no longer needed pre-patch target
• Stripping the binary is now done by the linker itself
