• Sort USES
• Remove unneeded patches
• Mark BROKEN on 9 (probably also on 10, lack of feedback [0]), because it

requires recent GPU drivers

Tested successfully on FreeBSD >= 11.0-RC2 with fallback drivers, scfb [1],
and vesa (by me).
