Update distfiles, add NO_ARCH, bump PORTREVISION

Details:

• The Blue-small and Clearlooks skins have been updated upstream
• PORTREVISION bump, since Blue-small is in the default package
• Port does not contain architecture dependent files -> NO_ARCH= yes
