devel/libvirt: update to 1.3.5

• update to 1.3.5
• drop the *.syms file as it's properly included in the tarball now
• drop some --without-* flags from CONFIGURE_ARGS for those which feature probing improved upstream (so we don't have Linux specific features automatically enabled)
• add a link to the official documentation for bhyve users
