Mk/Uses/ada.mk: Remove ADA_DEFAULT=49 option
The lang/gcc-aux port has recently been removed, so the previously legal
"49" argument is no longer so. Adjust ada.mk accordingly by removing
reference to option 49 and lang/gcc-aux.
