net-mgmt/netxms: Fix dependencies

• Skip using bundled dependencies
• In particular, fix build when expat port is installed, in which case bundled expat is not built and plist becomes broken
• Likewise, fix unhandled curl dependency
• Simplify options handling and fix plist
