Upgrade to commit 8fe463f of 2015.12.16.

The plugin is compatible with both ElasticSearch 1 and 2, so I
removed the RUN_DEPENDS here rather than creating a second copy
for ES2.

Also, remove the extra stuff from plist: only _site is needed.
