Update to version 5.15.1

Changelog:
Bundle sha1 rather than use libgcrypt/nettle. This means that
configure no longer accepts --with-gcrypt and --with-nettle.

Fix rpn2cql fails for Bib-1 set in qry+conf YAZ-865
