sysutils/lsof: 4.89E -> 4.90A

• head changed the system to require an opt_random.h header for some of the _KERNEL compiled headers that sysutils/lsof uses.
• 4.90A fixes this, it also picks up the changes from the 4.89 FULL RELEASE
