Add port dns/libasr

libasr is a FREE asynchronous DNS resolver.

libasr runs on top of the OpenBSD operating system but also has a portable
version that can build and run on several systems, including:

• Linux
• FreeBSD
• NetBSD
• DragonFly
• MacOSX
