Use fullpaths (prepend "${.CURDIR}") in dependency dirs instead of
relative paths. This is necessary for INDEX generation to work.

Change PORTNAME of festvox_{abc,don} to fostvox-{abc,don} for consistency
with other ports and port directory names.
