Upgrade to mkisofs included in cdrecord-1.8a36.

From AN-1.8a35:

• The -a option is now obsolete. Now all files are put on CD by default. To suppress backup files use the new option -nobak

• -nobak option new to exlude files that contain a '~' or a '#' or end in '.bak'
