• fix build install / plist with custom PREFIX [1]
• pkg-message --> files/pkg-message.in; [2]
  • don't hardcode DOCSDIR to default in it
  • display it only when NOPORTDOCS it's not defined
• rework PORTDOCS installation a little [3]
• bump PORTREVISION [3]
