• Back out the PERL_(BUILD|RUN)_DEPENDS. It needs to be reimplemented so it appends to (BUILD|RUN)_DEPENDS instead of defining new types, since this requires changes to third party code like the tinderbox and pointyhat. Hopefully this will be revisited by the author in the future. [1]

• Cause USE_RC_SUBR to install startup scripts as foo, rather than foo.sh, on applicable RELENG_6 systems as well as HEAD [2]
