• force iftop to use its netdb_1thread resolver, instead of the buggy "fork" one which leaves 2 processes (holding /dev/bpf?) after exiting
• remove a stale entry from MASTER_SITES
• change comment and description to match iftop.spec
• pass maintainership to submitter

• fix the packing list when NOPORTDOCS is defined
• unsilence the install
• polish the Makefile
