Forced commit to note why we don't build with a bind port that has
overridden the base. To quote from eik:

[Bind] overwrites /usr/include/netdb.h and give a wrong definition for
`h_errno' when _REENTRANT is defined. This causes link errors where
`__h_errno' is undefined.
