Work in progress via poedit.
Also fix some things that poedit did wrong like replacing the "
with a visible _ or other symbols. Replace them with \".

Note that it does not yet build, but gets further with the proper
markup. Now to look for the remaining issues outside of poedit to
see why it does not yet build.
