Update to r42018:
Suppress some ugly memories in the Storage chapter:

• Remove "RAID" section that only covers ccd(4) and ataraid(4). These may still work, but there are better solutions for new users.
• Remove Backups to Floppies section.
• Add SATA drive names.
• Change CDROM to CD-ROM to match the FDP Primer word list.
