Summary

www/node6: Update 6.11.2 -> 6.11.3

Remove files/patch-node.gyp, since this patch has landed upstream. Use
DTRACE_CONFIGURE_ON to add --with-dtrace to the configure arguments when
DTRACE is enabled.
