Upstream is explicitly not allowing cython 3.3 for the 6.1 branch. The 7.0 branch, which is still only in beta, requires cython 3.3 or later, however.

I am aware of that. It did build for me. I have dependencies which require 3.3.0, I will try to downgrade them, but that gap will be getting larger. What would be your proposal?

Bumps the Cython build version to 3.3.0 that incorporates various bugfixes and CPython 3.15 compatibility.
