Summary

This update fixes byte-compile errors with Emacs 30.1. See
https://github.com/emacs-php/php-mode/pull/792 for details.

Upstream switched to building with Eask, so byte compile in a do-build target.

Hello @marc_bumblingdork.com,

In preparation for Emacs 30.1 [0], I build-tested USES=emacs ports and encountered errors building lang/php-mode.el. This update incorporates upstream fixes. Please let me know if this works for you.
