It looks like the PORTREVISION bumps were missed in/after 2715f16944541b6b27d121a57133347574a51ff1. Please let me know if these changes look good to you, and I will commit.

Since some ports are currently broken, I'll commit this change now to address the issue. If any problems come up, we can address them in a follow-up commit.
