R11:4d5a4efedb9a: sysutils/cpu-microcode-rc: Update pkg-descr and pkg-message
Summary

pkg-descr:

  • Do not refer to old port names
  • Refer to sysutils/cpu-microcode-* so we are covered if any new CPU microcode ports are added to the tree
  • Note that the early update method is now available for both AMD (after 34467bd76) and Intel CPUs

pkg-message:

  • For AMD systems, early loading is only supported after 2024-02-22 src snapshot, 34467bd76.

it's probably best to use the "late loading" term here too, to match the text in pkg-message.in
