d89e8fd noted:

et cetera, there might remain a superfluous break, such things can be addressed as a fix to this commit.

Add AsciiDoc line breaks that were overlooked in d89e8fd.

Remove superfluous line breaks.

Three points of grammar:

  1. mistakes (plural)
  2. do not begin a paragraph with the word 'And'
  3. mid-sentence, following a quote, 'some' (lowercase s).
