Two fixes for the 4.3-RELEASE errata: Noted a typo when loading the
Maestro-3/Allegro sound driver, and also mentioned FreeBSD-SA-01:39
(the fix was correctly noted in the release notes, but there was no
cross-reference to the advisory because the advisory hadn't yet been
issued at the time).
