shared/authors: Add back email information from some users and fix rendering

These users are listed in the 'Development Team / In Memoriam' list.

Before migrating to Hugo/Asciidoctor, entities had a nolink role
preventing link creation when rendering. Now adding a backslash before
the email will prevent link creation.
