I'm taking over the FreeBSD-sparc FAQ and resources.
Email to Justin has gone on deaf ears for quite sometime. There is renewed
interest on the freebsd-sparc mailing list and others are starting FAQs.
I believe it would be better to maintain one up to date FAQ.
