games/vamos: undeprecate the port, update to latest version

• Update to version 0.8.2 which uses Boost via Python bindings
• Cleanup the Makefile from various artifacts of the past
• Replace manual stripping with INSTALL_TARGET=install-strip and absolute symlink with relative one per stage QA report
