emulators/dgen-sdl: Move manual pages to share/man

• Remove USES=libarchive as all supported OS versions now have libarchive library so number > 6
• Remove support for handwritten asm functions, there is no visible performance difference for non-embedded cpus from last 20+ years
• Move manual pages to share/man
