games/prboom: Refactor

• Mark DEPRECATED as the last release was in 2008. There is a newer fork in the tree games/prboom-plus.
• Remove LIB_DEPENDS to smpeg as it was removed and there is no src pertaining to smpeg in the src tree
• Set EXPIRATION_DATE 2025-01-29
• Pet port{clippy|fmt}
• Refresh patches
