security/py-netbox-secretstore: Fix runtime with NetBox 3.3.10

• The plugin has a version check that allows versions of NetBox up to 3.3.9. Adjust this check to allow NetBox 3.3.10 as well.

• Bump PORTREVISION due changed package.
