emulators/wine: Remove noop CROSSFLAGS

A bogus, but harmless since a noop, setting of CROSSFLAGS snuck in
with revision bc9917dc5111e when updating from Wine 7.0.2 to 8.0.2.
The directory it points do does not exist, so simply remove that
setting.
