deskutils/growl-for-linux: Mark deprecated and expiration date

• Growl-for-linux is an obsolete software that does not compile with recent versions of GCC or Clang, so mark it as deprecated
• Set a short deadline (1 months instead of 2 months) as expiration date, because it blocks GCC_DEFAULT update to 15
• As alternative software you can use sysutils/dunst (X11/Wayland) or x11/mako (Wayland)
