archivers/snappy: Improve port
- Convert from PORTVERSION to DISTVERSION
- Define LICENSE_FILE
- Remove CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE
- Use = instead of += for PLIST_SUB, SUB_FILES, SUB_LIST
- Rearrange port for better readability
