multimedia/intel-media-sdk: update to 22.5.4

This is supposed to be the last latest of the Intel MediaSDK
released in 2022Q3. This project was discontinued and the git
repo archived for use with legacy Intel graphics devices.
Intel® Iris® Xe graphics and newer should use oneVPL-intel-gpu
API through Intel VPL Dispatcher
