audio/{boca,freac}: update both ports to the latest versions (+)
- Update BoCA (BonkEnc Component Architecture) to version 1.0.5
- Update fre:ac to version 1.1.5 and cherry-pick upstream fix to report correct amount of physical RAM in the log files
