devel/got: update to 0.58

User-visible changes:

• tog: support navigating to first/last line of tree and ref views
• make "got branch -d" print reference name and value
• make 'gotadmin info' display separate send/fetch URLs if they differ
• fix a null-pointer deref in 'got fetch -d'
