textproc/py-python-lsp-server: Update to 1.12.2

Minor bugfix release:

• Fixes compatibility with Python 3.13 in the test suite
• Handles correctly a null value for ropeFolder in the Rope config
• Fixes putting extra_paths in front of sys.path
